Alicia

Alicia Lazaro is the founder and President of Whitney Partners, specializing in investment banking executive searches across mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, municipal finance, and infrastructure.

Previously, Alicia held supervisory HR roles at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Chase Manhattan Bank, where she managed talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from Binghamton University and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French.
