Matthias Schulthess is Co-founder and Partner. He works with boards, owners and investors on leadership at critical moments of succession, growth and transformation, advising on executive and board appointments spanning financial services, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as financial technology and infrastructure providers.

He has led searches for CEOs, CFOs, CROs, COOs, CHROs, General Counsels and CTOs, including leaders responsible for technology and digital transformation. He also conducts leadership assessments and advises on succession planning.

Matthias holds an MBA from London Business School, is a CFA charterholder and is certified in Hogan’s data-driven personality assessments.
