David Huber is engaged in search assignments that span across a range of different industries and functional areas. His areas of expertise include Corporate Functions and CHRO. In addition, he has sector specific experience supporting our Board and Financial Services practice.

Previous Experience
David held leadership roles in Human Resources in the financial services industry in Switzerland as well as EMEA. He has built and applied HR & Consulting expertise across a wide range of areas including Asset Management, Private Banking, the CHRO area and Corporate functions. He also led diversity initiatives and supported transformation processes from an HR perspective and brings international work experience and global perspective to the business, applying creative and innovative thinking to challenging situations on behalf of our clients.

Education
David holds a Master’s degree in Employment Studies and Human Resource Management from the  London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Management from the University of Applied Science of Berne.

Additional Activities
David engages in mentoring university students and provides advice on career planning.
