Mélanie Zimmermann-Thomas is responsible for the CFO and Sustainability function. As Head of Finance, Mélanie is instrumental in defining and allocating financial resources while leading and coordinating our internal and external accounting and finance functions. As the Head of Sustainability, she implements sustainable organizational policies, also defining training and DE&I initiatives. Mélanie is regularly involved in search assignments with our French speaking clients across a range of different industries and functional areas. ​​​​​​

Previous Experience
Mélanie has previously worked in Derivatives at a leading Investment Bank. Her successful career spans over a decade with a wide range of responsibilities for strategic client relationships, business development as well as structuring and pricing of complex strategies for institutional investors. She was also responsible for educational initiatives to enhance the level of product knowledge in the wider organisation.

Education 
Mélanie holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Lausanne (HEC) with majors in Finance and Marketing.

Activities 
Mélanie is involved in several educational initiatives and takes keen interest in advancing healthy nutrition among young adults.
