Sierra Hess is responsible for executive search mandates across all industry segments covered by the firm for Board and Executive level roles. Originally from the US, Sierra is fluent in English, Spanish, and German and brings a global perspective to her work.

In recent years, Sierra has expanded her expertise to include executive development and assessment. The combination of interpersonal skills and functional proficiency further strengthened her ability to identify and recruit outstanding talent.  

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Schulthess Zimmermann & Jauch, Sierra Hess served as an Executive Search Associate on the Financial Services team at Russell Reynolds Associates.  
Her career journey has provided valuable insights into various industries, contributing to her expertise in executive search. Her career journey began with Los Angeles and New York based roles in consulting and business development spanning across consumer goods and the luxury industry, whereby client relation management has been an integral part of her roles.  

Education

Sierra graduated with Honors, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Southern California. She is currently enrolled at the Co-Active Training Institute in the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an ICF-accredited coaching program dedicated to executive and leadership development.

Additional Activities

Sierra partners with initiatives dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs in building a strong foundation for professional growth. Her objective is to help foster opportunities that facilitate access to capital, mentors, and collaborators.
